How do I start trading on Lumi Trade?
Connect a supported wallet or log in using Privy email
Select your preferred network
Deposit supported assets
Choose a product (Perpetual, Spot, Earn, etc.)
Start trading
No custodial account is required.
Account & Security
Do I need to create an account?
No traditional account is required.
Authentication is done via:
Self-custodial wallet
Email login (Privy) for UI convenience only
Lumi Trade never holds your private keys.
Is Lumi Trade safe?
Yes. Lumi Trade is designed with:
Non-custodial architecture
On-chain settlement
Auditable smart contracts
MEV-resistant execution

Deposits & Withdrawals
How do deposits work?
Deposits are made directly from your wallet to Lumi Trade smart contracts.
Once confirmed on-chain, funds are available for trading.
How do withdrawals work?
Withdrawals are processed on-chain and sent directly to your wallet.
There are:
No withdrawal freezes
No manual approvals
No off-chain delays
What if I send assets to the wrong address?
If assets are sent to an unsupported network or address, recovery may not be possible.

Abusive behavior or reward farming may result in restrictions.
Common Issues
My transaction is pending. What should I do?
Pending transactions usually depend on:
Network congestion
Gas settings
Wallet confirmation status
Check your wallet and block explorer first.
My order didn’t execute. Why?
Possible reasons:
Market price moved outside your limit
Insufficient liquidity
Order was canceled or expired
Risk engine restrictions
Always review order parameters before confirming.
